Thanks to electronic scoring, medals could be awarded shortly after the last 80m competitor arrived. Bob Cooley KF6VSE is getting a gold medal in M50 from Ken Harker.


Fortunately, there was no lightning or rain during the competitions. This thunderstorm hit Austin late Saturday afternoon as the organizers celebrated the successful championships at a local restaurant.
