The electronic scoring equipment worked perfectly.  "E-punch" operators were Brian DeYoung K4BRI and Matthew Robbins AA9YH.


After finishing, competitors downloaded their "e-sticks" and received a printout of their elapsed times for each fox found and the total.


The foxoring competition took place on Friday at Mitchell Memorial Forest in Cleves, Ohio.


These low-power foxoring transmitters are inside plastic coin cases.


The view from the foxoring starting line.  Competitors are required to run the entire length of the corridor (marked with ribbons) before they can turn on their receiver.
